When a child is watching television, he or she is not involved in play, not socializing with other individuals, and most importantly, not receiving feedback as to the actions or consequences of his or her behavior.

Child socialization is an important part of your childhood. When you were growing up did you ever go outside and play with your friends? How about when you were a teen? Did you stop talking to people or did you meet new people and start talking to new people? Socializing is an important part of a healthy life, especially when you’re young. When you raise a child he or she needs to meet friends. Don’t make them stay home, make them go out and play. Don’t let them sit inside and do nothing. Children need to socialize and have social skills for when they start to be an adult. Having social skills is essential for living on your own and being an independent adult. Ever since I could talk I have been ordering for myself and talking to other people without anyone else helping me. Dear parents, teach your kids to be social and independent, it will prepare them for their future. When you socialize you develop skills that will help you get a job and help you make new friends. When you meet new people, you make progress towards your future. You need to socialize. Get yourself out there and be free. Be expressive.
